Size of team: 90 the challenge

The team was facing increasing internal and external pressure due to client demand and significant internal changes. The accelerated pace had led team members to work in isolation, exacerbating their feeling of stress. The leader felt working through their challenges together would enable team members to become more effective and resilient during this period of uncertainty.

The new leader of a global department wanted to establish a clear vision and action plan, realigning the team as a true business partner for its stakeholders. A coaching challenge that required a redefinition of shared values and ways of working to reconnect and engage dispersed team members, as well as making everyone aware of the value of their contribution to the overall organization.

Kate Thompson, GENERAL COUNSEL,
CHIVAS BROTHERS

One of Céline’s greatest strengths is her ability to understand people and group dynamics. She takes great care in preparing her sessions and is very adaptable as she moves through them – it’s definitely not a “one size fits all” approach. She also brings a high level of energy and a very positive approach. The feedback from participants, even those who may have been skeptical going into the session, has always been excellent.

We were able to take a step back and really reflect about what our team was and what it should be. We relearned how to work together, understanding ourselves and each other better.
