The challenge: The organization was keen to continue developing a work environment that fostered personal and professional growth, development and empowerment. They felt strongly about focusing on talent development and knew this was a way to achieve continued business success and fuel a strong pipeline of future senior leaders.

The sponsor of the initiative asked intoaction to design a global Mentoring program that would enable top talents to address their challenges, aspirations, leadership, visibility, career goals, personal development with senior leaders who would support, coach and advise them over a period of 12 months.

Having participated in virtual and physical training formats of the Mentoring program, I can say the virtual format offers absolutely the same clear comprehension.  We built a more fluent flow, more openness, and a very united-collaborative learning group, in a shorter period of time.  It was amazing!  In my opinion, Céline is one of the best facilitators I have experienced in my 22 years multinational companies’ career.
