An international Brand Marketing team seeking to become more effective in getting buy-in and commitment from their market partners for game-changing ideas. They also wanted to move to a more collaborative approach, sharing ideas in early conception stages to allow markets to contribute, co-create and tailor solutions to customer needs.

The team was facing increasing internal and external pressure due to client demand and significant internal changes.
