MY COACHING JOURNEY
I spent the first part my career in the finance sector – in auditing, investment banking and private wealth management with global companies like JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank. Observing how I interacted with people around me, a perceptive colleague suggested that I train as a leader-coach. This first experience of coaching opened my eyes and changed my life. After honing my skills at the bank, I decided to launch my own coaching company, intoaction, in 2008.
I am passionate about instilling courage in my clients to become more of who they are to fulfill the highest, truest expression of themselves.
This begins with the trust and openness to explore how you can best achieve your professional goals while increasing long-term personal fulfillment.
SHARPENING THE SAW
My own journey of personal development has played a crucial role in how I show up as a coach. I am an International Coach Federation certified coach, I also have numerous other coaching certifications including Hogan Leadership Series, Barrett Cultural Transformation Tools® Practitioner, Systemic Team Coaching Certificate (AoEC). My coaching builds on my business experience and education: dual-degree Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.
CULTURE AND CONNECTION
With an Asian, European and American background, and trilingual in English, French and Spanish, I’m at ease in multi-cultural environments. I’ve lived in twelve cities on four continents.
This lifelong world tour has taught me the meaning of connection and fueled a strong interest in discovering new cultures. Today, I get very energized organizing spontaneous neighborhood gatherings where multiple languages are spoken, reaching out to and visiting old and new friends who live across the globe, facilitating virtual reunions for fellow alumni around the world, meeting locals while getting lost in the streets of a new city.
I would not be able to look my clients in the eye and encourage them to step outside of their comfort zones if I weren’t doing this myself. I love learning in both my personal and professional life: experimental cooking with different types of cuisines, exploring new activities like urban sketching or aerial yoga, committing to a daily sports routine that will challenge me, discovering new countries on a bicycle, quickly adapting our services to new and unexpected client needs, creating meaningful and unique virtual experiences for our clients.
I balance this with my life in Aubonne, Switzerland which is home since March 2020. I feel fortunate to have finally embraced the magic of stillness, being surrounded by Nature. I enjoy weekend hikes in the mountains with my partner, walks near the lake and in the vineyards, or simply sitting, barefoot in our garden.
